Keep dust and solids moving off the floor, shift after shift
The Delfin DG 70 EXP is a three phase industrial vacuum for plants that collect large volumes of dry dust and solids and cannot afford to stop for motor servicing. A 5.5 kW side channel blower, a 100 litre detachable tank and a 30,000 cm² star filter let one machine run through long production shifts with a minimum of emptying and filter attention.
What each feature does for your site
- 5.5 kW side channel blower, rated for 24/7 duty — the blower is coupled directly to the impeller with no transmission, so there is no routine motor maintenance and the machine is available whenever the line is running.
- Pressure relief valve fitted as standard — it limits overpressure and overheating in the blower, so the motor lasts longer when the filter loads up or the hose is blocked.
- 3,600 mmH₂O maximum vacuum (3,000 continuous) and 530 m³/h airflow — strong suction is held at the nozzle, so heavy material and long hose runs are cleared in fewer passes.
- 100 litre detachable tank on a wheeled steel chassis — the tank is emptied away from the machine, so you spend less time between collection cycles and move the full load to the disposal point without lifting the whole unit.
- 30,000 cm² star polyester filter with manual filter shaker — a large filter area and an operator-triggered clean restore airflow, so suction stays consistent without stripping the machine down.
- IP65 electrical protection — the electrics are sealed against dust ingress, so the machine keeps working in dusty production areas.
- 72 dB(A) noise level — the side channel blower is quieter than a conventional motor at this power, so operators can work alongside it for a full shift.
- Painted steel construction with ABS accessory holder — the build suits daily industrial use, so hoses and tools stay with the machine.

Frequently asked questions
What power supply does the DG 70 EXP need?
It runs on 400 V, 50 Hz three phase power. Check that your site has a three phase outlet at the right rating before ordering.
Can it run all day without servicing?
The side channel blower is rated for continuous 24 hour duty and needs no routine motor maintenance. The filter still needs to be shaken down regularly and the tank emptied.
What dust can it collect?
The standard machine carries a Class L filter, which suits general dust and solids. For fine or hazardous dust, ask us about the H14 absolute filter option or a Class M configuration.
Is it ATEX certified?
This standard DG 70 EXP is not ATEX certified. Delfin makes ATEX certified versions for combustible dust. Contact us if your site is a classified zone.
Can it pick up liquids?
This listing covers dust and solids. If you need to collect liquids as well, contact us and we will confirm the right Delfin model for the job.
How much does freight cost?
At 150 kg this machine ships as freight. Send us your delivery postcode and we will quote freight to your site.
