View full detailsHot water makes a measurable difference on heavy grease and oil — cold water pushes it around, hot water breaks it down. For contractors, mine sites, farms, and transport depots dealing with machinery, vehicles, and equipment that need serious degreasing, a diesel hot water pressure cleaner is the practical choice. Diesel power means no dependence on mains electricity — critical for remote Australian worksites — and the heated water significantly reduces chemical use and job time. We stock industrial hot water diesel pressure cleaners from Jetwave across a range of PSI ratings, flow rates, and portability configurations. Give us a call before you order and we'll match the right spec to your application.

View full detailsThe range covers mobile trolley units and high-output skid or trailer configurations. The decision comes down to output requirement and how the machine needs to be set up on site.
The Explorer G2D is the mobile trolley format — fully self-contained, diesel-powered hot water pressure cleaning without the need for power or a trailer rig. Two models cover different pressure and flow configurations:
The Explorer G2D 210-15 delivers 210 bar at 15 L/min — a strong general-purpose specification for farm equipment, contractor machinery, and transport fleet washing where hot water diesel is required and a compact mobile unit suits the workflow.
The Explorer G2D 280-13 trades some flow rate for higher pressure — 280 bar at 13 L/min. Higher pressure for shifting stubborn surface contamination; slightly lower flow rate means less water volume per minute. The right choice where maximum cutting pressure is the priority over rinse speed.
The Executive Silent range is a different category — skid-mounted, sound-attenuated diesel hot water systems designed for permanent trailer or ute tray installation and extended daily operation. The sound attenuation significantly reduces operational noise, which matters on sites with noise restrictions or in proximity to occupied areas.
The Executive Silent 275-20 runs 275 bar at 20 L/min — the higher flow rate relative to the Explorer G2D range means faster rinsing and better coverage on large surfaces. Suited to mining operations, large transport depots, and cleaning contractors running the machine for extended daily shifts.
The Executive Silent 280-31 pushes the flow rate further to 31 L/min at 280 bar — the highest output in the range. For operations where volume and speed are paramount: large equipment wash bays, high-throughput fleet cleaning, and industrial sites where cleaning downtime directly impacts productivity.
Diesel engines are more fuel-efficient than petrol at equivalent output — the longer the daily runtime, the more meaningful that difference becomes. For contractors running a pressure cleaner across a full shift, the fuel saving adds up. Diesel also has better low-RPM torque characteristics that suit the sustained load of running a high-pressure pump continuously. If your site already runs diesel — trucks, generators, earthmoving equipment — a diesel pressure cleaner simplifies fuel logistics considerably.
Heavy-duty outdoor degreasing and cleaning on remote sites without mains power access — mining equipment, earthmoving machinery, transport fleets, agricultural equipment, concrete and building surfaces, and large hardstand areas. The combination of diesel self-sufficiency and hot water performance makes these machines the correct specification for serious industrial and rural cleaning contracts where cold water or electric machines fall short.
The Explorer G2D is a mobile trolley unit — compact, manoeuvrable, and suited to sites where the machine moves around or loads in and out of a vehicle between jobs. The Executive Silent is a skid-mounted system designed for permanent trailer or tray installation — higher output, sound-attenuated enclosure, and built for extended daily operation. If you need a machine that travels with you and sets up quickly at different sites, the Explorer G2D is the right format. If you're running a permanently rigged trailer setup for high-throughput cleaning contracts, the Executive Silent is the correct specification.
Sound attenuation means the diesel engine is enclosed in a sound-dampening housing that significantly reduces operational noise. This matters in urban or semi-urban environments with council noise restrictions, on construction sites adjacent to occupied buildings, and anywhere operator comfort or site compliance requires lower noise output. It's a meaningful feature for contractors operating in built-up areas or running the machine near occupied spaces.
No — diesel engines produce exhaust fumes and carbon monoxide. These machines are designed exclusively for outdoor use or in well-ventilated open structures such as open-sided machinery sheds. For enclosed indoor cleaning applications, an electric hot water pressure cleaner is the correct choice.
