Why Buy From Us

Close

The Dashclean B200 lets you clean gutters from the ground. No ladder. No climbing on the roof. Pair it with the AIV Carbon Fibre Pole Kit and you can reach a standard single-storey gutter with just two poles.

It runs on 2kW single-phase power, so it plugs into any normal wall socket. Most homes don't have three-phase power, and most people don't want to spend big on an industrial machine for a job they do a few times a year. The B200 sits right in the middle: strong suction, plugs into the wall, priced for home use.

The 70L stainless steel tank means you're not stopping every few minutes to empty it. Gutters fill up with leaves, sludge, bird mess, and packed-down muck. The B200 clears the lot in one go on most homes.

How Does the Dashclean B200 Work as a Gutter Vacuum?

Clean Your Gutters From the Ground — No Ladder Needed

The B200 connects to the AIV Carbon Fibre Pole Kit. The poles are light and reach from the ground up to your gutters. The kit comes with four poles (1.5m each), so you add as many as the job needs — two for a standard single-storey home, more for higher or double-storey gutters.

  • 2 poles (3m reach) — clears standard single-storey gutters at 2.7–2.9m. This is the most common gutter height on Australian homes.
  • 3 poles (4.5m reach) — for raised single-storey homes, split-levels, and lower double-storey gutters.
  • 4 poles (6m reach) — reaches most double-storey gutters and higher rooflines. Still no roof access needed.

The kit comes with a curved nozzle that hooks into the gutter and pulls debris straight into the hose. Leaves, wet sludge, and packed-down muck all get sucked out. No scooping by hand, no flushing with a hose.

Bundle and Save 15%

Buy the B200 and the AIV Carbon Fibre Pole Kit together and save 15% off the combined price. You get everything you need to start cleaning gutters straight away: the vacuum, the poles, the curved nozzle, and all the fittings.

B200 Key Features

  • 2.0kW single-phase motor (240V/50Hz) — plugs into any normal wall socket, so you don't need three-phase power or an electrician and can start the job the day it arrives
  • 2,000mm water lift — keeps strong suction even at full pole height, so debris still clears when the poles are fully extended and you're not left with muck stuck in the hose
  • 70L stainless steel tank — holds a full gutter clean on most homes, so you don't stop to empty part-way and the job gets done in one run
  • Wet and dry pickup — handles dry leaves and wet sludge in the same run, so one pass clears everything and you're not swapping machines or emptying between loads
  • Washable cloth filter — rinse it out and reuse it, so you're not buying replacement filters and the running cost stays low
  • Tipping tub — tilts to empty instead of lifting the whole tank, so getting rid of 70L of wet debris is a one-person job with no heavy lifting
  • Heavy-duty wheels and easy-grip handle — rolls around the house instead of being carried, so you move it into place in seconds and save your back on a full day of gutters
  • Anti-static chain — stops static building up when vacuuming dry debris, so the spark risk near dry leaves stays low and the job is safer
  • Waterproof switch — rated for wet use, so you can vacuum wet gutters or work in light rain without worrying about an electrical fault
  • 38mm hose and tool set included — connects straight to the AIV pole kit, so the whole thing sets up in under two minutes and you're cleaning sooner

Technical Specifications

  • Voltage: 240V / 50Hz (single phase)

  • Tank Capacity: 70 Litres
  • Hose Diameter: 38mm
  • Cooling Mode: Recycle

Who Is the B200 For?

  • Homeowners — a safe way to clean single and double-storey gutters without a ladder

  • Small cleaning businesses — add gutter cleaning as a service without buying a full industrial machine
  • Rural and semi-rural homes — for properties with lots of trees where gutters fill up fast

Need More Reach or Power?

Cleaning gutters higher than 6m, or doing it day in, day out as a business? You may need more poles and a stronger three-phase vacuum to keep the suction up at full height. Call our team on 1300 404 226 and we'll help you pick the right setup.

Want a bigger tank and more power? See the Dashclean B300 — 80L tank, three-phase motor, built for commercial gutter cleaning.

Can I use the B200 for gutter cleaning without the AIV pole kit?

Not from the ground. The B200 gives you the suction, but the AIV Carbon Fibre Pole Kit gives you the reach. Without the poles and curved nozzle, you'd need a ladder to hold the hose up at the gutter — which takes away the main safety benefit. The two are designed to work together.

How many poles do I need for my home?

Most single-storey Australian homes have gutters at 2.7–2.9m, so two poles (3m reach) is enough. Three poles covers raised single-storey and lower double-storey gutters. Four poles (6m reach) handles most double-storey homes. The AIV kit comes with all four poles, so you're covered whatever your roof height.

Will the B200 handle wet and packed-down gutter debris?

Yes. The B200 does wet and dry pickup with 2,000mm water lift, so wet leaves and packed sludge clear through the 38mm hose. For a really heavy blockage or a lot of standing water, you may need to break it up with the nozzle first.

Does the B200 run on normal household power?

Yes — 240V single phase, the same as any wall socket in your home. No electrician, no three-phase wiring. Run an extension lead to the nearest outdoor socket and you're ready to go.

What's included in the 15% bundle?

You get the Dashclean B200 vacuum and the AIV Carbon Fibre Pole Kit (4 poles, 6m reach). The kit includes the curved gutter nozzle, the connecting poles, the hose adaptor, and all the fittings to start cleaning right away — at 15% off the combined price.
