Delfin 302 Torch Industrial Vacuum for Welding Fumes
Why Buy From Us
The Delfin 302 Torch is a single-phase industrial vacuum built specifically for welding workshops. It extracts welding fumes straight from the source — directly off a MIG/MAG torch — so harmful fine dust and fumes are captured before they spread into the air. That keeps welders and operators safer and helps you meet workplace safety requirements.
It runs off a standard 240V power point and comes with a spark trap pre-filter, an M-class polyester cartridge filter with Dustop cleaning, and a roll-out container for easy disposal. Compact and mobile with an optional articulated suction arm, it's built for tight workshop spaces and continuous heavy-duty use.
Delfin 302 Torch — Industrial Welding Fume Vacuum, Source Extraction with Spark Trap
Extraction Straight From the Torch
The 302 Torch connects directly to a MIG/MAG welding torch to capture fumes at the point they're created. Because the fume is caught at the source rather than after it fills the air, welders breathe cleaner air and the workshop stays compliant with fume exposure requirements.
Spark Trap Pre-Filter
A spark trap pre-filter catches hot sparks and embers before they reach the main filter. That protects the cartridge filter from burn damage, so the filter lasts longer and the fire risk from vacuuming welding debris stays low.
M-Class Filtration With Dustop Cleaning
A 7,500 cm² polyester cartridge filter rated to M-class (IEC 60335-2-69) traps fine welding particulate. The Dustop system cleans the filter without opening the machine, so suction stays strong through long sessions and the operator isn't exposed to collected dust during maintenance.
Automatic Start/Stop
The vacuum starts and stops automatically with the welding torch, so it only runs when you're welding. That means hands-free operation, less noise and wear between welds, and lower running costs over time.
Compact, Mobile Build
At 40 x 50 x 86cm and 25kg with a 13-litre roll-out container, it moves easily between welding stations and fits tight workshop spaces. The container pulls straight out for disposal, so emptying takes no heavy lifting.

Can the 302 Torch connect directly to a welding torch?
Yes. It's designed to extract fumes straight from a MIG/MAG welding torch, capturing particulate at the source before it disperses into the workshop air.
What does the spark trap pre-filter do?
It catches hot sparks and embers before they reach the main cartridge filter, protecting the filter from burn damage and reducing the fire risk that comes with vacuuming welding debris.
Does it run only while welding?
Yes, if you use the automatic start/stop. The vacuum fires up with the torch and stops when you stop, so it runs hands-free and only when needed — cutting noise, wear, and running costs.
Is it suitable for a small workshop?
Yes. At 40 x 50 x 86cm and 25kg, it's compact and mobile, so it fits tight spaces and moves easily between welding stations.
