Floor prep dust extraction that keeps its suction all shift

The Delfin DM3 EL Clear-Aut is a single phase industrial vacuum for dry dust and solids. Two Class M cartridge filters clean themselves while the machine runs, so operators on floor grinders, scarifiers and shot blasters keep working instead of stopping to shake a filter. Choose a 45 litre tank or a 20 metre endless bag, with or without an H14 absolute filter.

What each feature does for your site

  • Clear-Aut automatic cartridge cleaning with Dustop — the filters are cleaned while you vacuum, so suction does not fall away as dust loads the filters and the operator is not stopping to clean them by hand.
  • Two Class M PTFE-coated polyester cartridges, 30,000 cm² — a large filter area with a medium-hazard rating, so fine dust is held in the machine rather than returned to the air.
  • E10 filter included, H14 absolute filter optional — an extra filtration stage as standard and a step up to 99.995% retention, so you can match filtration to the dust on your site.
  • 3.45 kW single phase motor, 2,500 mmH₂O and 540 m³/h — strong suction and airflow without a three phase supply, so it can run from a 15 A circuit and clear heavy dust loads at the tool.
  • 80 mm suction inlet — it takes a wide hose and larger tools, so material moves quickly with less chance of blockage.
  • 20 m endless bag version — collected dust is bagged and sealed in a continuous roll, so the operator does not handle fine dust when emptying and exposure during disposal is reduced.
  • Compact, mobile painted steel construction — the machine is built for daily site use, so it moves between work areas and stands up to the job.

Choose your configuration

  • 45L Tank — simple tank emptying for general floor prep and workshop dust.
  • Endless Bag — sealed, bag-down disposal for finer or more hazardous dust.
  • Add H14 Absolute Filter — for sites that need absolute filtration on top of the Class M cartridges.

Frequently asked questions

How is the Clear-Aut different from the standard DM3 EL?

Our standard DM3 EL uses a manual-clean pocket filter and handles wet and dry material. The Clear-Aut is for dry dust and solids and cleans its Class M cartridge filters automatically while it runs.

Which configuration should I choose?

Choose the 45 litre tank for general dust and easy emptying. Choose the endless bag if you are collecting fine or hazardous dust and want to bag it down without handling it.

Do I need the H14 absolute filter?

The Class M cartridges and included E10 filter suit most floor preparation work. Class M is the manufacturer's medium-hazard grade. If your site or the dust you collect calls for absolute filtration, add the H14 filter. Contact us if you are unsure.

Can it vacuum liquids?

No. This model is for dry dust and solids only. If you need wet and dry, look at the standard DM3 EL.

What power supply does it need?

It runs on 230 V single phase and draws 15 A, so it needs a 15 A circuit.

Is it ATEX certified?

No. This standard model is not ATEX certified. Delfin makes ATEX certified vacuums for combustible dust, so contact us if your site is a classified zone.

How much does delivery cost?

At 80 to 83 kg this machine ships as freight. Send us your delivery postcode and we will quote it.
