Why Buy From Us

The Delfin DM3 EL is a heavy-duty wet and dry industrial vacuum built for the most demanding jobs. It runs three single-phase motors, has a huge 3m² L-class filter, and collects into a 60-litre or 100-litre roll-out steel container. It handles dust, solids, and liquids — even mixed together — which makes it a true all-purpose industrial workhorse.

It runs off a standard 240V single-phase power point (15A plug), so you get three-motor industrial suction without needing three-phase power. Paired with an AIV pole kit it also works as a professional gutter vacuum. For fine or harmful dust, the Endless Bag version adds a 20-metre continuous bagging system for safe, dust-free disposal — the right choice on silica-prone sites.

Delfin DM3 EL — Three-Motor Wet and Dry Industrial Vacuum, 60L or 100L

Three-Motor Suction Power

Three bypass motors sit in a sound-insulated steel casing, each with its own switch. Together they deliver 2,500mm water lift and 540 m³/h airflow, so the machine pulls up even heavy, stubborn material quickly. Because each motor switches independently, you run only the power the job needs — which saves energy and keeps noise down to 76 dB(A).

Large L-Class Filter With Shake-Down Cleaning

At its core is a 30,000 cm² (3m²) L-class polyester star filter. The large surface area filters fine dust efficiently and resists clogging. An external lever shakes the filter to knock accumulated dust loose, so you keep peak suction without opening the machine or letting dust escape into the air.

Roll-Out Collection Container

Collected material drops into a wheeled steel container — 60-litre or 100-litre depending on the model. The container pulls straight out for disposal, so emptying is quick and you're not tipping the whole machine. Optional disposable bags make waste disposal cleaner and safer again.

Built Tough

The body and chassis are full painted steel, so the machine stands up to impact and hard use over a long working life. It sits on a steel frame with industrial wheels, so it stays stable and moves across rough surfaces even when loaded.

Endless Bag Version for Hazardous Dust

The Endless Bag variant adds a 20-metre continuous bagging system. Collected dust seals into the bag for disposal without exposure, so it's the right choice for silica on construction and demolition sites, or any job with strict dust-containment rules. A spring system lets it load into a standard van for easy transport between sites.

Use It as a Gutter Vacuum

Pair the DM3 EL with an AIV Carbon Fibre Pole Kit and it doubles as a ground-based gutter cleaning system, pulling wet debris up through the poles from ground level — no ladder needed. Its industrial suction and single-phase power make it a strong choice for businesses cleaning gutters daily.

Common Applications

  • Food industry — manages food-grade dust, liquids, and spills while keeping hygiene standards
  • Aluminium and PVC production — collects chips, shavings, and fine dust from manufacturing
  • Surface preparation — clears debris, dust, and liquids before painting, coating, or sealing so surfaces bond properly
  • Steelworks and foundries — handles heavy abrasive dust, metal shavings, and mixed debris
  • General industrial use — large-scale dust, solids, and liquid management across workshops and production sites

What's Included

Each DM3 EL comes with a 3-metre hose, a round brush attachment, and a crevice tool. The S-wand with floor brush is an optional extra.

Technical Specifications

  • Power Supply: 240V, 50Hz (single phase, 15A plug)

  • Max Water Lift: 2,500mm H₂O
  • Max Airflow: 540 m³/h
  • Suction Inlet: 80mm
  • Noise Level (EN ISO 3744): 76 dB(A)
  • Filter Type: Star (Polyester), L-Class
  • Filtration Surface: 30,000 cm² (3m² / 500mm diameter)
  • Air Load on Filter: 180 m³/m²/h
  • Cleaning System: Manual shake-down
  • Discharge System: Roll-out container
  • Capacity: 60–100 Litres
  • Dimensions: 67 x 66 x 134cm (H)

Can the DM3 EL collect both wet and dry materials?

Yes. The DM3 EL handles dry dust, solid debris, and liquids — even when they're mixed. It's a true wet and dry industrial vacuum, which makes it suited to complex cleaning tasks where you're dealing with more than one type of material at once.

What industries is the DM3 EL suitable for?

It suits construction, metalworking, food processing, surface prep, and general manufacturing. The robust build and large filter surface make it a strong tool for workplaces that generate heavy dust, solids, or liquid waste.

What's the difference between the standard and Endless Bag versions?

The Endless Bag version adds a 20-metre continuous bagging system for safer dust disposal, especially in silica-prone environments like construction and demolition. It reduces airborne dust exposure and suits sites with strict safety requirements.

Is the DM3 EL single-phase or three-phase?

Single-phase. It runs on a standard 240V supply with a 15A plug, so it works on standard industrial electrical systems without needing a three-phase outlet — despite running three motors.

Is it easy to move around site?

Yes. Despite its industrial power, it's mounted on a durable steel frame with industrial-grade wheels and heavy-duty castors, so it moves across rough surfaces and between work zones without difficulty.
