Ear Defender Compatibility

Fully compatible with JSP Sonis® helmet-mounted ear defenders — Class 5 rated, SLC(80) 27–34dB, certified to EN352-3 and AS/NZS 1270. Ear defenders are sold separately.

Silica Protection 

Because it's a loose-fitting PAPR it requires no face fit test, works with trimmed facial hair, and delivers consistent protection without daily shaving. JSP testing confirms trimmed beard stubble doesn't compromise performance. The Ned Kelly or ZZ Top beard though — that's a different story.

Real-Time Monitoring

The unit monitors its own performance twice per second, automatically adjusting airflow to maintain positive pressure. Battery status, filter condition, and system alerts are all visible on the helmet-mounted HUD — so workers aren't left guessing whether their equipment is doing its job.

As soon as we receive your order we automatically check to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made.  

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within three business days from the date of your order.  

We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

International Orders:

Please be aware that our products are made specifically for the Australian market. This means that they require a 240v electrical system to function correctly. 

Our products have generally not been certified for use with other countries electrical safety standards but all of our products are certified to Australian standards.

We will happily ship our fantastic products to international customers. Due to the extremely wide variety of product dimensions we will provide an up to date shipping price quote for you on request.

Delivery & Responsibility After Delivery

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, Oz Cleaning Gear is no longer responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur after delivery. If the courier confirms that the order has been delivered (including where an order has been left in a safe location as per the courier’s discretion), ownership and responsibility pass to the customer.

Customers may add special delivery instructions (e.g., “please leave at back door” or “signature required”) at the time of placing the order. If you request “Signature on Delivery” and are not available to sign, re-delivery or redirection fees may apply, and these costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
