The SpaceVac ATEX Pioneer is a mid-range, fully conductive 38 mm carbon fibre pole, hose and tool kit with a 6.6 m working height for removing combustible dust such as wood, flour or paper from above head height. It is independently certified to ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU, ISO 80079-36:2016 and ISO 80079-37, and is NFPA certified. It sits between the ATEX Lite and the Pro and Ultra kits, and it does not include a vacuum.

Reach overhead dust at a 6.6 m working height without ladders or scaffolding

  • 6.6 m working height from the ground lets you clean beams and overhead surfaces, so you avoid ladders, lifts and scaffolding in the hazard area.
  • Certified for ATEX Zones 1, 2, 21 and 22 covers gas and dust areas, so you can clean without bringing uncertified tools into the zone.
  • 100% full 4k carbon fibre, conductive components with volume resistance under 10⁴ ohms reduce static build-up, so the risk of static discharge in combustible dust areas is lowered.
  • 3 x 1.6 m poles plus a 0.8 m half pole (5.6 m of enclosed poles) let you adjust length, so you can match the reach to the job.
  • 135°, 90° and 45° cleaning heads, a small round brush, a 30 cm flat surface tool and a crevice tool reach ledges, flat surfaces and gaps, so one kit covers common dust traps.
  • Conductive 5 m hose, hose-to-pole adaptor and 38 mm to 50 mm inlet cuff connect to 38 mm hose systems, so it pairs with compatible ATEX-rated vacuums.

If the courier confirms that the order has been delivered (including where an order has been left in a safe location as per the courier’s discretion), ownership and responsibility pass to the customer.

Customers may add special delivery instructions (e.g., “please leave at back door” or “signature required”) at the time of placing the order. If you request “Signature on Delivery” and are not available to sign, re-delivery or redirection fees may apply, and these costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
