If the courier confirms that the order has been delivered (including where an order has been left in a safe location as per the courier’s discretion), ownership and responsibility pass to the customer.

If you request “Signature on Delivery” and are not available to sign, re-delivery or redirection fees may apply, and these costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
