Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders over $500 within Australia.

Orders under $500 will incur a flat rate shipping fee of $19.99. 

Please keep in mind that these shipping prices are applicable for metro areas of Australia (VIC, NSW, SA) and some orders in remote areas (NT, WA, QLD, TAS) may also be subject to higher shipping fees. This will be communicated with the customer prior to shipment and confirmation of the order. 

Some large bulky orders may require freight and this could be an additional cost and will be communicated with the customer prior to shipment.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.  

As soon as we receive your order we automatically check to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made.  

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within three business days from the date of your order.  

We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

Shipping times may vary depending on each case by case. Please allow up to 4 days for product handling time and up to 5 days for receiving your product from being shipped. 

International Orders:

Please be aware that our products are made specifically for the Australian market. This means that they require a 240v electrical system to function correctly. 

Our products have generally not been certified for use with other countries electrical safety standards but all of our products are certified to Australian standards.

We will happily ship our fantastic products to international customers. Due to the extremely wide variety of product dimensions we will provide an up to date shipping price quote for you on request.

If you are happy with our shipping quote we will prepare an order and payment though our ultra secure online payment gateway.

Delivery & Responsibility After Delivery

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, Oz Cleaning Gear is no longer responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur after delivery. If the courier confirms that the order has been delivered (including where an order has been left in a safe location as per the courier’s discretion), ownership and responsibility pass to the customer.

Customers may add special delivery instructions (e.g., “please leave at back door” or “signature required”) at the time of placing the order. If you request “Signature on Delivery” and are not available to sign, re-delivery or redirection fees may apply, and these costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend choosing the delivery option that best suits your needs to ensure safe receipt of your order.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery.

If you do accept delivery you are required to immediately take photos using your smart phone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging.

While we fully stand by every product that we sell, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realise the product you ordered wasn't exactly what you were hoping for.

That's why we offer a 30 Day Return Policy.

If you decide you want to return an item for any reason within 30 days after receipt of your order, please email us at sales@ozcleaninggear.com.au with your order number and we will provide detailed instructions on how to process the return.

Please note, you as the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the item(s) in your order unless your product received was defective or incorrect.

Once your return item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse(s), we will send you an email notification that we have processed your return payment.

*Please note: In order to receive a refund for the item(s) ordered, the item(s) must arrive back to our distribution centre as indicated by us in a "Brand New" condition and must contain all original packaging and accessories.

"Brand New" means that the items you ordered must not show any visual signs of wear or have been used. 

If items are returned with visual signs of wear, or have any issues due to use will not be accepted and no refund will be given.

For orders that meet the certain criteria and are returned, please allow up to 5 days for refund processing time.

Oz Cleaning Gear will pay for shipping defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise at our cost.

Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorised by our customer service department prior to being processed. 

We will ensure you get the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees.

Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund.

To qualify for a refund under our 30 Day Return Policy, all promotional items supplied with the order must be returned in brand-new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

Promotional items are provided on the basis that the accompanying primary product remains purchased and in use. To qualify for a refund under our 30 Day Return Policy, all promotional items supplied with the order must be returned in brand-new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

Promotional items are provided on the basis that the accompanying primary product remains purchased and in use. If the primary product is returned for any reason, the promotional item(s) must also be returned. If a promotional item is not returned, or is returned used, damaged, or not in brand-new condition, the full retail value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount, or the return request may be denied in full.

Promotional items have no standalone cash value and cannot be retained, exchanged, or refunded independently of the primary purchased item.

Inspection Requirement

All returned products are subject to inspection at our warehouse(s) to verify their condition. Products returned with signs of wear, usage, residue, damage, or missing components — including promotional items, accessories, or packaging — will not be eligible for refund.

Other Return Policy Notes:

  • If a certain vendor or product does not support the return policy stated above, this will be noted in the product descriptions or in the product-specific return information.

  • Products that are specified as certified pre-owned or used are ineligible for a return

  • Oz Cleaning Gear only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of its economic life. Orders purchased for the specific purpose of a "one time use or temporary use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to; orders intended for use in a trade show or a conference venue, orders that are purchased by promotional companies, and orders that are purchased by trade show facilitators.

  • Currently we do not accept exchanges. If your product is returned and accepted, you will be refunded into your nominated bank account and you will have to go through the purchase steps again to obtain your desired product.

If you (somehow) find another online store with a lower price than us please let us know, simply email us at sales@ozcleaninggear.com.au with a link to the same product on a competitor's website.

Once we have a chance to verify the pricing, we will match or beat the price you found. No questions asked!
