Collect combustible dust and non-flammable liquids with one ATEX machine

The Delfin MTL 801 WD EX is a single phase industrial vacuum for classified areas where you need to collect both combustible dust and non-flammable liquids. The powerhead is Ex tb dust tight rated to IP64, the accessories and non-metallic parts are tested for anti-spark and static dissipative performance, and the 80 litre tank is AISI 304 stainless steel. It is marked for Zone 22 outside and Zone 20 inside.

What each feature does for your site

  • Ex tb dust tight powerhead, IP64 — the motor head is certified for combustible dust atmospheres, so the machine can run in the area rather than outside it.
  • Anti-spark, static dissipative accessories and non-metallic parts — these parts are tested for ignition risk, so hoses and tools do not become a source of static discharge.
  • Internal Zone 20 protection (Da) — the inside of the machine is built for the dust cloud that forms in the tank and filter, so the collected material is contained safely.
  • Wet and dry operation with a polypropylene filter for liquids — one machine switches between dust and liquid collection, so you do not need two units for spills and dust.
  • Antistatic Class M polyester bag filter plus a standard H14 absolute filter — fine dust is held through two filter stages at 99.995% efficiency (MPPS, EN 1822-5), so less dust returns to the workplace air.
  • 80 litre AISI 304 stainless steel tank — a large, non-combustible, easy-to-clean tank, so you empty less often and clean down easily between materials.
  • 80 mm suction inlet — a wide inlet takes larger hoses and tools, so material moves quickly with less blockage.
