Clean large sumps in one continuous job and pump the oil back out
The Delfin TC220 is a single phase Tecnoil vacuum for machine shops that clean large volumes of oil, coolant and metal chips. Chips are caught in a sieve basket and the liquid falls into a 220 litre tank. An internal pump discharges the oil, even while the machine is still collecting, so you can clean big sumps or several machines without stopping to empty.
What each feature does for your site
- 220 litre liquid capacity and 40 litre solids capacity — a large tank takes whole sumps, so you make fewer trips between machines and a drain.
- Internal pump with 6.89 m head and 160 L/min discharge — oil is pumped out of the tank on demand, so you can return it to the machine or a drum without lifting or tipping the unit.
- Simultaneous suction and discharge — the pump runs while the machine collects, so large jobs run continuously instead of stop-start emptying.
- Reverse airflow discharge option — the discharge can also work through reversed airflow, so you have a second way to empty the tank if the pump is not needed.
- Sieve grid basket — chips are held in the basket and liquid falls into the tank, so oil and swarf are separated as you vacuum and the chips lift out for disposal.
- 3D Superweb polypropylene filter, 20 µm — the filter is built for oil and wet material, so suction holds up on oily loads.
- Electric float device — suction is cut off electrically when the tank is full, so oil is kept out of the motor.
- 3.45 kW motor, 2,500 mmH₂O and 540 m³/h — strong suction and airflow from a single phase supply, so it handles heavy chips and viscous oil from a 15 A outlet.
Choose your configuration
- Add Oil and Water Repellent Cartridge — an extra cartridge placed over the filter that repels oil and water, so the filter and motor stay protected when the load is very oily or wet.
- Add Oil and Chips Accessories Kit — the ø50 accessories kit that Delfin recommends for oil and chips work.
- Add 300 Micron Oil Filtration Kit — a polypropylene filter installed inside the sieve grid that filters the oil down to 300 microns as it is suctioned, so the recovered oil is cleaner for reuse.

Larger CNC machine shops, metal fabricators and maintenance teams who clean big machine tool sumps or several machines per shift and want to return the oil without lifting the vacuum. For a smaller unit with the same pump, see the Delfin TC100.
Frequently asked questions
How does it separate oil from chips?
Chips are collected in a sieve basket inside the tank and the liquid falls through to the tank below. You lift the basket out to dispose of the chips and pump the oil out.
Can it pump and vacuum at the same time?
Yes. The Tecnoil range is built for simultaneous suction and discharge using its internal pump.
Can I reuse the recovered oil?
Delfin designs the Tecnoil range so the separated liquid can go back into the machine. Check with your machine manufacturer that the oil or coolant is suitable for reuse before you do.
Do I need the oil and water repellent cartridge or the oil filtration kit?
Both are optional. The cartridge protects the filter and motor on very oily or wet loads. The oil filtration kit cleans the recovered oil to 300 microns, which helps if you plan to reuse it.
What is the difference between the TC220 and the TC100?
The TC220 has the same motor, pump and filter as the TC100 but a 220 litre liquid tank instead of 60 litres, on a larger and heavier chassis.
What power supply does it need?
It runs on 230 V single phase and draws 15 A, so it needs a 15 A circuit.
How much does freight cost?
